We charge a one off fee of £55.00 for the first agreement and only £15.00 for each agreement thereafter. This fee covers all costs involved in obtaining a copy of your agreement and checking if your agreement is enforceable.

If your agreement is uneforceable we pass it on to one of our panel solicitors to commence litigation against the lender. You will not be responsable for legal fees.

You keep all refunds if applicable.

Please note that many firms charge you percentage of what    they are awarded on your behalf. We dont!!!

Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, cheque, postal order or direct bank transfer
